Job summary
Woodward Inc. in Niepołomice, Poland, seeks a System Engineer to drive requirements, validation, architecture, risk management and design implementation for relocating a production line from Canada to Poland.

Qualifications
- Leads system/ subsystem requirements definition and negotiation.
- Experience with system validation plans and verification.
- Strong architecting and modeling to support trade studies.
- Risk planning and mitigation in enterprise projects.
- Proven coordination with PMO and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Derive requirements from analysis of the system and establish acceptance criteria.
- Review and approve validation requirements and test plans.
- Define system architecture and evaluate alternative solutions.
- Coordinate with multiple disciplines and suppliers.
- Coach and mentor team members throughout PLC process.
