Woodward Poland Sp.zo.o seeks a seasoned systems engineer to lead cross-functional teams in defining, validating, and delivering complex system solutions. You will manage requirements, architecture, verification plans, and risk mitigation while collaborating with engineers, designers, and suppliers.

The role requires Polish and English fluency, a strong engineering background, and hands-on experience with DFSS and quality systems. Hybrid work arrangement and relocation support are available.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead system engineering efforts across multiple disciplines.
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting for complex systems and subsystems.
• Strong negotiation skills to resolve requirement conflicts and tradeoffs.
• Fluent in Polish and English with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define system requirements from analysis and establish acceptance criteria.
• Review and validate system requirements and test plans.
• Lead system architecture and modeling to meet business objectives.
• Manage technical risk and mitigation actions within the project plan.
• Coordinate with PMO and stakeholders to ensure successful system design and implementation.
