Job summary

Solid Company in Kraków is seeking a Senior System Engineer to take end-to-end responsibility for BCM ECU features, from requirements through delivery. You will coordinate multiple engineering teams, translate customer needs into technical specs, and ensure delivery aligns with quality standards and project schedules.

The role demands 10+ years in system engineering, a master’s in electronics or computer science, strong automotive electronics knowledge, and excellent English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation for Body Control Module (BCM) ECUs

• Define product parameters and functionality according to customer requirements
• Support calibration and tuning of final features on the relevant vehicle line

• Work closely with software and test engineers throughout the development lifecycle
• Participate in system reviews and project meetings
