Job summary

ITDS in Warsaw offers a role to design and implement CRM solutions for banking clients, with remote work up to 5 days per week. You will customize Salesforce, integrate RabbitMQ, and leverage AsyncAPI within a REST-driven architecture. The position requires banking-domain CRM experience and strong Polish/English communication.

The role emphasises security, scalable design, and collaboration across teams, with deployment and maintenance support provided by the tech group.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in CRM systems and banking domain projects.
• Advanced knowledge of REST technology and API design.
• Experience with RabbitMQ messaging infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM customization and integration.
• Familiarity with AsyncAPI or similar frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Fluent communication skills in Polish; good level of English.
