Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join our aerospace team in Poland. You will ensure supplier quality and compliance with industry standards, working with suppliers and internal teams, with on-site presence at the client’s Niepołomice facility (minimum 3 days per week).

Your role includes leading supplier audits, guiding APQP, PPAP and FAI activities, analyzing supplier performance, and driving improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in quality engineering or manufacturing, aerospace preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Deep expertise in AS 9100 and NADCAP.
• Strong understanding of FMEA and risk analysis.
• Ability to read drawings and inspect plans.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• English and Polish proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier audits to ensure AS 9100 compliance.
• Communicate quality requirements to suppliers and teams.
• Lead APQP, PPAP, and FAI activities for new launches.
• Analyze supplier data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with sourcing to evaluate supplier capabilities.
• Travel for audits and supplier support; act as SQE site lead.
• Manage upcoming projects as the SQE site lead.
