Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join its aerospace quality team. You will ensure supplier quality and compliance with AS 9100/NADCAP, working with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues and drive improvements. The role requires regular presence at the client’s site in Niepołomice (min 3 days per week) and travel. Strong analytical skills and fluent Polish and English are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metallurgy, or related)
• Minimum 5 years in quality engineering or manufacturing, aerospace preferred
• Expertise in AS 9100 and NADCAP requirements
• Strong reading of technical drawings, tolerances, and specifications
• Proven experience addressing quality issues through supplier collaboration

Responsibilities

• Conduct supplier audits to ensure AS 9100 compliance
• Communicate quality requirements to customers and suppliers
• Utilize APQP, PPAP, and FAI to ensure smooth launches
• Analyze supplier performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
• Lead supplier improvement activities and maintain quality records
• Travel domestically and internationally to perform audits and support projects
• Serve as the SQE site lead for upcoming projects
