Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in mechanical or system engineering.
• ~10 years of mechanical design or system integration experience.
• English negotiation level and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define team strategy and objectives aligned with Airbus Poland Engineering center strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Support and engage people with technical advice, coaching and mentoring while promoting wellbeing and collaboration.
• Develop team capabilities through upskilling, processes, and tool improvements; drive recruitment and knowledge management.
• Ensure delivery on time, cost, quality and performance.
