The role partners with Clinical Development functions and Category Managers to drive supplier innovation, optimize operations, and establish clear KPIs that demonstrate value and impact on business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Center of Excellence - Clinical Development Procurement engagement establishment and operation.
• Benchmark engagement effectiveness assessment (internal and external).
• Define engagement tactics based on benchmarking and stakeholder feedback.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure impact on outcomes and experience.
• Partner with Category Leads to ensure KPI-driven accountability and compliance.
