Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MS/MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Clinical Development operations, supplier management, or related roles.
• Experience influencing in a matrixed environment and working within regulated/ compliance-driven settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute procurement initiatives within Clinical Development; engage stakeholders early in planning.
• Develop and sustain SRM frameworks, supplier scorecards, and governance processes.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to drive value, cost-reduction, and productivity within Clinical Development categories.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure KPI-driven accountability and alignment with business priorities.
