We are enthusiastic about what we do, and we enjoy working together.**We are now excited to welcome* *Senior Specialist, Digital advertising passionate about paid media actions that efficiently reach and engage B2B audiences around the world and contribute to company's growth.* *–* Karolina Kuźniacka, Senior Manager of UPM Marketing, Sustainability and Communications Hub.**What you will do*** Build and manage continuous paid media and campaigns across a variety of channels including but not limited to Google Ads, social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram), and programmatic advertising networks* Work closely with the digital marketing analytics team to track and analyze campaign performance, provide insights and detailing campaign results, key learnings and recommendations for future strategies* Collaborate with the content and creative teams to ensure ad creatives are suitable for the campaign selected channels* Manage budgets with precision, ensuring maximum efficiency and impact* Monitor the digital advertising market to spot trends and opportunities, staying updated with the latest marketing technologies and techniques to boost UPM’s paid media strategies* Support digital marketing analytics team with basic analysis e.g. tracking performance and generating reports* Conduct other digital marketing activities as per need* Demonstrate UPM values and nurture the great team spirit at UPM Marketing, Sustainability and Communications Hub**Who you are*** You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, complemented by over five years of solid experience in the digital advertising industry, ideally within a large B2B manufacturing company or providing services to clients in this sector, consistently delivering strong results and notable achievements* You possess deep expertise in demand and lead generation processes specific to large B2B manufacturing environments and your understanding of the customer journey and key touchpoints enables you to design and execute effective strategies that drive measurable business outcomes* You have a very good command of: + LinkedIn Campaign Manager + Meta Business Suite + Google Ads + Programmatic Advertising + Targeting mechanisms and optimization strategies* You have at least basic understanding of (considered as an asset): + Google Analytics + Google Tag Manager + Marketing automation tools* Your skills in communicating and collaborating are highly effective, particularly when it comes to presenting complex information in a clear and persuasive manner* You are creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective solutions* You are highly organized with an ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines* You have at least C1 level of **English** proficiency (verbal and written) and preferably at least C1 level of **Polish** proficiency (considered as an asset) to ensure effective communication and collaboration with global stakeholders, team and partners, as well as great interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners**This is what we offer to you*** **A meaningful job:** We have an inspiring purpose ‘We renew the everyday for a future beyond fossils”.
