Job summary

ITELENCE is seeking a Senior Software Engineer (PM) for a 100% remote position in Poland. You will design, develop, and maintain backend and full‑stack components using Java or Python, build ETL/ELT data pipelines, and work with Spark for big data processing.

You will lead a cross‑functional team in an international Agile environment, collaborating with stakeholders. You will also implement REST APIs, integrate web services, craft UI with Angular/TypeScript, and ensure high software quality

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of software development with Java or Python.
• At least 4 years handling structured data, SQL and data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience building REST APIs and web services.
• Strong Git, automated testing, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience in Agile environments and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software in Java or Python.
• Build ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines; process large datasets with Spark.
• Develop REST APIs and Web Services; UI with Angular/TypeScript as needed.
• Lead team coordination and contribute to project planning in an international Agile setting.
• Participate in test automation and containerized deployments (Kubernetes).
