Job summary

Workato is seeking a Senior Ruby on Rails Developer to join a growing team in Warszawa. You will build API interfaces and backend infrastructure, collaborating with UI, connectivity, and DevOps teams to craft elegant solutions to complex problems.

The role requires 7+ years of Rails experience, strong Ruby skills, and a solid foundation in OO design, with PostgreSQL and Redis/Memcached caching experience. Join us to contribute across the full development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience developing, shipping and maintaining Rails applications.
• Strong knowledge of Ruby.
• Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming and design.
• Experience with relational database systems (PostgreSQL) and Redis-based/Memcached caching.
• Contributions to open-source projects are a plus.
