Asana is investing in a new SRE team in Warsaw aimed at enhancing system reliability. We are looking for strong software engineers passionate about building distributed systems. This role involves leading reliability-focused projects and defining incident management processes.

The position is office-centric with hybrid scheduling, where standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. You will work closely with teams in San Francisco and Reykjavik, shaping the future of Asana’s infrastructure practices.

Qualifications

• Strong and experienced software engineer, comfortable writing and reading code.
• Focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Interest in infrastructure work, possibly with prior SRE experience.

Responsibilities

• Influence the future of Asana’s SRE practice in Warsaw.
• Lead projects focusing on reliability across the stack.
• Define and implement incident management processes.
