Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive end-to-end feature delivery on an RPA platform, focusing on both frontend components and robust backend authorization architectures.

You will modernize systems, migrate legacy code to modern web frameworks, and ensure accessibility and security across layers. The role requires strong problem-solving and collaboration across cross-functional teams, with hybrid work from multiple Polish offices and a focus on scalable, secure

Qualifications

• Experience with backend and frontend development, RBAC, gRPC, and API design.
• Experience migrating legacy frontends to web-based frameworks.
• Ability to create docs (PRDs, guides) and define metrics for launches.
• Security best practices across API and database layers.
• Strong English communication for cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end feature lifecycle from PRD to release.
• Modernize authorization stacks and RBAC implementations.
• Migrate legacy code to modern infra (e.g., gRPC, new web frameworks).
• Develop frontend components and improve UI/UX accessibility.
• Perform code reviews and bug bash sessions.
• Mentor teammates and onboard new members.
• Collaborate on system architecture and quality.
