Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform - Cloud Events team. You will validate data from devices and run it through ML models in the Cloud, strengthening ML operations and model lifecycle.

You will collaborate with Product Teams, TPMs, and partner engineers who build edge software and interpret sensor data, focusing on scalable backend services and robust event pipelines. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in backend development, strong Go or Python, and experience with

Qualifications

• 7+ years of overall experience
• 2+ years building high throughput backend services
• Proficient in Go and/or Python
• Experience with event streaming / message brokers (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis, NATS, RabbitMQ)
• Collaborative teammate with detail-oriented system design

Responsibilities

• Maintain high code quality through code reviews and documentation
• Optimize ML operations with robust systems and cross-team collaboration
• Expand capabilities of the event pipeline to meet general and client-specific needs
• Reduce cloud costs by optimizing resource usage, especially GPUs
