Responsibilities

• working on cutting-edge platforms and technologies
• implementing high-quality solutions in close cooperation with the project team (PM, leader, developers, business analysts, QA, UX)
• acting as support for the technical part of the project (continuous deployment), quality and security of the application
• designing and implementing specific systems with the support from the others Developers

What will make you succeed

• At least 5 years of commercial experience in Magento 2 (including Hyvä Themes & Hyvä Checkout)
• Strong knowledge of PHP 8, MySQL/MariaDB, REST & GraphQL APIs
• Excellent skills in TailwindCSS, Alpine.js, Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Solid experience with git
• Proven experience acting as a Tech Lead on projects
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to clients in a clear way
• Involvement in pre-sales processes, estimations, and scoping
• A mentoring mindset, willingness to share knowledge, and focus on service quality
• Fluent English skills (min. B2)

Nice to have

• Experience with other e-commerce frameworks or related systems (PIM, CMS, CRM, etc.)
• Hands-on knowledge in creating connectors, integrators, extensions
• Experience with DevOps, Cloud, CI/CD
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts
