Job summary

McKinsey & Company, QuantumBlack division, is seeking a technology leader to drive architecture, influence technology choices, and co‑create innovative products with client teams. You will mentor clients to adopt Agile practices and scale engineering excellence across diverse industries.

You will lead project workstreams, shape technical strategies, and deliver user‑centric solutions at scale, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, AI specialists, and data scientists.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in CS/ML/Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of software development experience with full‑stack web apps.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Hands‑on across frontend (TypeScript/React/Angular/Vue/Next.js/Tailwind) and backend (Python/Node.js/Java/Spring/C#/ .NET) and databases (SQL/NoSQL/Vector).
• Experience with LLM frameworks, orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPS, evaluation, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) including Docker and CI/CD.
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and reliability.
• Experience coaching engineering best practices and Agile teams.
