Senior Software Engineer (Kotlin) Miejsce pracy: Żernica (pow. gliwicki). Technologies we use: Kotlin, Java, Micronaut, K8s, Github, Kafka. About the project: The Senior Software Engineer with Kotlin is part of an international team responsible for developing the Digital Data Exchange (DDE) system within sports streaming and Betting Services products. The platform provides high-performance streaming and data services for sports data, ensuring low-latency feeds. The SSE works with the technical lead to establish development practices. Tech stack includes Kotlin, Java 21, Micronaut, K8s, Github, Kafka, AWS, Event-Driven Architecture. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining applications, defining coding standards, code reviews, documentation, researching new technologies, automating tests, and improving system security. Requirements include extensive Kotlin experience, TDD, microservice architecture, containerization, API development, and personal development history. Optional experience in sports betting or casino industry and sports interest is advantageous. Work division is 90% development, 10% maintenance. The team comprises 6 members, working in an agile environment with influence over tools, technologies, and product development. Practices include Clean Code, TDD, continuous deployment, and active monitoring. Development opportunities include training, mentoring, and technological exchange.
