Tenth Revolution Group in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our HR systems integration team. You will develop and maintain integrations between HR and enterprise systems, focusing on secure, scalable backend services and robust API design.

The role offers hybrid work (3 days onsite in Warsaw) with a competitive PLN 30–35k gross monthly salary plus a 5–15% annual bonus, plus training, healthcare, and a pension plan. International projects await.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering or systems integration.
• Strong backend experience with Java, .NET/C#, Python, Node.js, or Go.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain REST API and SOAP integrations.
• Build backend integration services.
• Work with AWS, Terraform, CI/CD, and monitoring tools.
