Euroclear’s Group Business Solutions (GBS) division invites an Expert Engineer to design, architect, and develop scalable IT solutions for financial market securities. You will lead complex features, guide cross-functional teams, and drive durable improvements across production systems.

The role emphasizes owning technical decisions, contributing to ideation workshops, and ensuring high-quality delivery and documentation.

Formación

• Hands-on software engineer with 5+ years of experience.
• Advanced understanding of software system designs and technology stacks.
• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Experience with cloud migration efforts, AI integration, automation frameworks and Infrastructure as Code.
• Proactive in learning and collaborating across teams.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, architecture and development of technical and functional solutions for complex features.
• Shape ideation workshops with expert insights to improve product functionality.
• Define, estimate and validate complex technical requirements for reliable delivery.
• Investigate production issues, implement durable fixes and guide peers.
• Create and improve design documentation to align with architectural standards.
• Promote best practices and coding standards across the team.
• Take ownership of applications' quality, support and evolution.
• Perform production support including off-hours when required.
