Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build and deliver secure, scalable travel products. You will work in a cross-functional team, contribute to cloud-native solutions, and take ownership of features from design to production.

The role involves hands-on coding, code reviews, refining stories with Product and Engineering managers, and delivering high-quality software daily. Remote-friendly hybrid work in Poland with a collaborative global team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver design, development, testing, integration and related engineering activities as required.
• Deliver specific tasks, deliverables and timelines as defined and prioritised progressively by the End Client during the engagement.
• Act as a key figure in one of the cross-functional teams, designing and building cloud-native products from the ground up.
• Take ownership of features and new capabilities, working closely with a Product Manager, Engineering Manager and teammates to deliver high-quality software that is reliable, scalable and secure.
• Work hands-on every day: refining stories, writing code, reviewing pull requests and solving interesting technical problems.
• Bring strong engineering practices to the team and help shape the way we build software.
• Act as a point of reference for others on the team through technical depth and experience; the role is not expected to manage people.
• Use AI for productivity boost and quality delivery.
