ABOUT THE ROLE:

Splash Financial is seeking an experienced Senior Clojure Engineer with command over the Clojure language and Clojurescript or other front end technologies.

The ideal candidate brings tenacity to their work, proactively takes ownership over deliverables, is reflective and frequently thinking of ways they and their team can improve, sets a high technical bar when it comes to code quality and testing, troubleshoots issues methodically using a variety of observability tools at their disposal, writes thoughtful designs and documentation, holds themselves and others accountable, and gives thoughtful feedback to others while exercising compassionate candor. COMPENSATION:

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $180,000 annually, based on market data and internal compensation practices. This role may also be eligible for a bonus component tied to individual and company performance. Final compensation will be determined by factors such as location, experience, and skill level.
