Job summary

NRB in Warsaw is seeking a Senior SharePoint Developer to design and implement SharePoint solutions and lead development teams on EU institution projects. The role focuses on border management and security, with responsibilities spanning design, testing, deployment, and documentation.

The candidate brings at least 4 years in IT, 2 years in SharePoint development, and strong .NET/SQL/Azure DevOps skills, plus experience with REST/HTML/JS/React and Scrum. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• University degree (BSc/MSc).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT.
• Minimum 2 years as a SharePoint Developer.
• English level B2 or higher.
• At least one intermediate certification in software development relevant to the domain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Full‑stack SharePoint support or developer role (custom solutions development, SDK, workflows, timer jobs, features, etc.).
• Experience with Microsoft .NET / .NET Core, Microsoft SQL Server, T‑SQL, and Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with Web Services, REST API, HTTP API.
• Experience with HTML & CSS (responsive design), JavaScript, TypeScript (arrow functions, destructuring), React.
• Has completed at least one full lifecycle of a solution.
• Expert in developing enterprise‑level software systems in the specified technology domain.
• Knowledge of UML and application design in UML.
• Proficient in designing and developing data, business logic, and UI layers.
• Experience with Scrum development.
• Capable of leading technical teams.
