• At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, CSM, HR products.
• Ability to communicate in English and German.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and development of ServiceNow for customers.
• Cooperation with Architects to prepare technical design.
• Administration of ServiceNow instances.

Senior ServiceNow Developer with German

Job Location: hybrid in Warszawa, Krakow, Wroclaw, Gdansk

Project Description

If you prefer to work with our customers to help translate business requirements into technical designs, we will be happy to have you in our team. As a Technical Consultant you will develop solutions based on the ServiceNow platform for DXC Technology customers.

Due to the partnership between DXC and ServiceNow you will have opportunities to obtain professional trainings and certifications. What we need from you is engagement in supporting our customers and delivering requirements as expected. As we work in a multinational environment, you need to be able to communicate with people in English.

Responsibilities

• Configuration and development of ServiceNow for DXC customers
• Cooperation with Architects and Solution Consultants to prepare technical design
• Administration of ServiceNow instances
• Preparation of project documentation
• Participation in trainings and achieving new certifications
• Sharing experience with new team members

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in ServiceNow implementations (at least 5 years)
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English and German
• Deep experience with at least one ServiceNow product: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, ITAM, CSM, HR
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience in integrations (SOAP, REST)
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and ability to work under pressure

• Fast learning skills
