Overview

Are you ready to take a central role in driving technological innovation and process optimization with the ServiceNow platform at Arla? We are looking for a proactive and solution-oriented ServiceNow Senior Specialist to support our digital transformation journey by developing and enhancing platform capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring high-quality service delivery in a complex FMCG environment.

As a Senior Specialist, you will translate business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance and support key modules across the platform.

How You Will Make an Impact

As a Senior Specialist, you will shape Arla’s digital landscape, secure stability, provide high-quality support and drive future optimization. You will join a team based in Denmark and Poland with stakeholders around the world.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and upgrade the ServiceNow platform twice a year.
• Provide 2nd level support via the IT Service Desk and resolve complex incidents.
• Act as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance to the business while collaborating with internal and external specialists.
• Support the team by sharing knowledge and driving continuous improvement.

ServiceNow Specialisation Tasks

• Collaborate with the Agile Release Train by participating in PI Plannings and Agile ceremonies, and contribute to roadmaps by informing stakeholders about upcoming releases and new features.
• Mentor colleagues on technical aspects of the ServiceNow platform and support training and tool enablement with specialists.
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors to understand needs and ensure aligned solutions.
• Work with other departments to promote alignment, knowledge sharing, and best practices for solution maintenance.
• Drive continuous improvement in architecture and support process optimization within the area.

Success requires strong technical knowledge within ServiceNow and the ability to manage complex flows in a global setting. Your ability to foster collaboration, deliver on time, and drive continuous improvement will be key.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with and developing the ServiceNow platform
• Solid understanding of ITIL and familiarity with Agile ways of working (SAFe)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (minimum requirement)
• Strong business acumen and thorough understanding of business processes
• Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to thrive in a global environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a broad overview
• Strong communicator with a focus on building positive relationships
• Persistent, diplomatic, and comfortable challenging the status quo when needed
