Job summary

RGC Digital Marketing is seeking a Senior SEO & Social Media Specialist with 5+ years in agency settings to lead advanced SEO and AI-driven search visibility, including AEO, and to manage organic social systems for leading consumer brands across Australia.

You will work with in-house design and copy teams to craft and publish content that strengthens brand positioning on major social networks, while diagnosing and optimizing the organic funnel to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of dedicated, proven experience handling complex SEO and Organic Social strategies within a fast-paced agency framework.
• Deep proficiency in SEO and social analytics tools to drive growth.
• Experience adapting SEO architecture for AI search environments (Google SGE, Perplexity, etc.).
• Excellent English communication skills, able to work directly with major brand partners without an intermediary.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end SEO frameworks (Technical, Enterprise, Local, and E-commerce) for zero-click environments and AEO.
• Collaborate with design and copy teams to post organic content elevating brand positioning on major networks.
• Audit organic pipelines and implement backlink strategies to yield measurable revenue increases.
• Translate complex metrics into clear growth reports for enterprise clients.
