Arche Consulting Sp. z o.o. is seeking an IDM/IAM specialist to design and implement identity management solutions for client IT environments in Warsaw.

You will act as a technical lead, delivering high-quality projects and collaborating with client IT and cybersecurity teams. Responsibilities include developing RBAC/ABAC models, advising on IAM best practices, and creating thorough technical documentation. Strong communication to explain complex topics to stakeholders is essential.

Competenze

• 5+ years of IDM/IAM experience with NetIQ implementation.
• Experience designing Identity Manager drivers.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, LDAP, SQL, APIs, or SCIM.
• Strong communication to explain technical topics to business stakeholders.
• English at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

design and implement IDM solutions and integrate them with clients’ IT environments,

act as a technical lead, ensuring high-quality project delivery,

develop RBAC/ABAC models, access policies, and business logic,

advise clients on identity management processes and best practices,

create and review technical documentation,

collaborate with clients, IT, and cybersecurity teams.

Requirements

5+ years of IDM/IAM experience, including NetIQ (Micro Focus/OpenText) implementation and administration,

experience designing and implementing Identity Manager drivers,

knowledge of eDirectory, Active Directory, Entra ID, LDAP, SQL, APIs, or SCIM,

strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics to business stakeholders,

english at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

security or identity certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISA),

NetIQ/Micro Focus/OpenText certifications.
