Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Senior Security Architect to shape its enterprise security architecture across cloud, identity, SaaS, and endpoints. You will partner with CISO, IT, and CloudOps to translate strategy into secure, scalable designs and drive security maturity across the technology estate.

This hands‑on architectural role requires 7–10+ years of IT/security experience, deep Azure expertise, Zero Trust, and strong DevSecOps capabilities to influence roadmaps and guardrails across multi‑cloud

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in IT or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in security architecture.
• Proven experience designing large‑scale, secure enterprise solutions.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft security technologies (Defender XDR, Defender for Cloud, Entra ID).
• Experience delivering Zero Trust concepts in production environments.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps and automation tooling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security target state architecture and multi‑year roadmap.
• Design secure reference architectures and assurance patterns.
• Collaborate with Cloud Ops, Product Architecture, and engineering teams to embed security controls.
• Evaluate new cloud services and ensure risk mitigation prior to adoption.
• Contribute to enterprise blueprints, playbooks, and capability building.
