Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior SAP SRM Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery for our Core Retail Platform within the NFR procurement scope. You will drive design, configuration, and technical solutions across Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing and Contracts, while overseeing WRICEF documentation and HR integration.

Expect collaboration on catalog images via MDM, asset management, and regularization carts, with emphasis on quality UAT and agile execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP SRM experience, specifically in Retail/NFR.
• Strong knowledge of HR integration, org structure setup like cost centers and approvals.
• Background in product hierarchy and asset management.
• Familiarity with MDM and catalog images management.
• Expertise in Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing and Contracts configuration.
• Understanding WRICEF documentation standards and governance.
• Experience defining testing strategies and coordinating UAT.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies including PI and Sprint Planning.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Guide the team through Agile processes during PI and Sprint Planning.

Job description

We are seeking a Senior SAP SRM Consultant to lead design, build, and maintenance for our Core Retail Platform, specifically supporting NFR (Not For Resale) procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex changes across the NFR procurement scope
• Drive functional design, configuration, and technical solutions for Shopping Cart, Workflow, Sourcing, and Contracts
• Oversee WRICEF documentation quality and ensure specs are completed and stored before development starts
• Manage HR integration covering org structure, cost centers, and approval processes
• Support the shopping cart flow from catalog to approval, PO, GR, and asset update
• Handle asset creation during accounting processes
• Address special topics such as regularization carts, minimum order checks, catalog images via MDM, and mass cart creation
• Define testing strategies and coordinate UAT, securing formal approval by release cutover
• Resolve critical L3 incidents and lead root cause analysis to implement permanent fixes
• Participate in PI and Sprint Planning, guiding the team through Agile processes

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SRM, with Retail/NFR experience
