Job summary

Atos is seeking an SAP Security/Authorisations Consultant to design and manage SAP access control in ECC/S/4HANA landscapes, including Fiori security and governance tooling. Fluent German and English are required, with strong SoD governance and cloud experience.

The role is hybrid in Poland and offers exposure to enterprise SAP projects across global teams. You will mentor other SAP specialists, contribute to security incident analyses, and produce comprehensive documentation and security

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP Security / Authorisations Consultant, ideally at Senior or Expert level.
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent knowledge of SAP user, role, profile and authorisation management.
• Experience with role design, SU24, authorisation traces and troubleshooting.
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Fiori security and authorisations.
• Experience with SAP GRC and/or SAP IAG.
• Good understanding of SAP architecture and security, including cloud environments.
• Experience with SAP security assessments and audits.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to investigate complex security issues.
• Experience working in complex enterprise SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain SAP roles and authorisation concepts aligned with business and security requirements.
• Fluent German and English.
• Manage user access, roles and authorisations while ensuring compliance with SoD principles.
• Support SAP security and authorisation management across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA and cloud environments.
• Support and optimise SAP GRC / SAP IAG processes.
• Build and maintain authorisation concepts for SAP Fiori, including catalogues and related services.
• Analyse and resolve complex SAP Fiori and authorisation issues using standard SAP tools.
• Support SAP security incident analysis, audits and security assessments.
• Provide expert guidance to operational and support teams in SAP security and access management.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, security concepts and work instructions.
• Support activities related to modern SAP cloud and transformation environments.
• Mentor and share knowledge with other SAP specialists.
