Job summary

Mars is driving a transformation program to design and implement SAP S/4HANA across segments, with a focus on Finance, Source to Pay, Plan to Fulfil, Lead to Cash, and Quality & Food Safety. The CoE SAP H&R Senior Tech Analyst will design, test, and coordinate technical tools ensuring consumer safety, traceability, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years design & build experience across at least 2 of SAP BTP, HANA DB, SAP Datasphere.
• Strong knowledge of Quality & Food Safety and Supply Chain practices.
• Good communications, especially in English.
• Able to adapt style to work with non-native English speakers.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Write and execute test cases to validate SAP processes and data flows.
• Coordinate test data across SAP environments for active testing cycles.
• Track testing readiness and defect statuses during integration and UAT.
• Collaborate with technical developers, data engineers and regional partners.
