Job summary

Mars in Poland seeks a SAP QM Template Analyst to support design and build of capabilities for SAP S/4HANA, enabling Royal Canin and Mars materials testing and material conformance. The role links CoE with deployment teams to standardize templates and ensure regulatory and quality compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience with design and implementation of the SAP QM module.
• Ideally SAP PP / MM experience.
• Experience with SAP global template design / development.
• Strong knowledge of Quality & Food Safety practices.
• Good communications, especially in English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to adapt style to work with non-native English speakers.
• Experience working in ambiguous and changing contexts.
• Experience investigating business requirements.
• Manages multiple activities and priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Corporate and Royal Canin Process Owners to define QM requirements.
• Analyze opportunities for harmonization across factories, divisions and segments.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for template capabilities.
• Ensure SAP QM designs uphold compliance with appropriate security and access controls.
• Promote knowledge management, documentation and training for SAP QM.
• Support testing and validation plans to meet all requirements prior to deployment.
• Collaborate with CoE and other functions to ensure data handover.
• Represent the CoE QFS template during deployments, including pilots.
• Guide deployment analysts with template standards and Fit to template reviews.
• Advise on integration of edge solutions via the template interface portfolio.
• Analyze template gaps with deployment teams and propose changes within the template.
• Validate gaps with BPO/GPO and escalate for solution design.
