Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Poland is seeking an SAP Consultant for Manufacturing PP/QM to lead full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations. You will work across Production Planning, Manufacturing Execution, and Quality Management, translating business needs into effective SAP designs and leading workshops.

You will collaborate with global teams, drive process improvements, and support project management activities, including mobility for travel as required to delivery sites.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP PP/QM with full lifecycle implementations.
• Experienced in PP, QM, and manufacturing execution processes in SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system design specs.
• Proficient in international template rollout projects and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in PP/QM.
• Evaluate business requirements and map to SAP capabilities and best practices.
• Plan and run Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard workshops.
• Design solutions and drive adoption for identified gaps.
• Coordinate with near-/offshore teams to ensure delivery.
• Serve as sparring partner for client and project management.
