Job summary
DXC Technology Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP HCM Full-Stack Developer with German proficiency to join our BizDevOps team. You will design, write, test, and maintain code for SAP HCM systems, focusing on SAPUI5 frontend and ABAP/OData backend, plus payroll/time management interfaces.
travel up to 5 times per year and agile deployments form part of the role. Apply your expertise to develop, debug, and optimize SAP HCM PA/OM/PY/TM modules, set up integrations with SuccessFactors and other platforms,
Qualifications
- 5+ years in SAP software development.
- Proficiency in SAPUI5 and JavaScript.
- OO-ABAP, OData, BAdIs, User Exits, and BAPIs experience.
- Understanding PA, OM, PY, TM data models within SAP HCM.
- German working proficiency (written and spoken).
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy custom web apps using SAPUI5 and JavaScript.
- Extend SAP Fiori apps and configure Launchpad, tiles, and mappings.
- Build backend OData services and ABAP code enhancements.
- Maintain interfaces linking SAP HCM with external systems.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize SAP HCM modules (PA/OM/PY/TM).
- Automate background jobs and manage deployments in Agile/BizDevOps.
