Sii Poland seeks a strategic leader to own the finance technology landscape across international markets, driving modern systems, governance, and regulatory alignment. You will balance global standards with local needs, lead cross-functional teams, and guide transformational programs in a dynamic enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in finance technology with hands-on SAP consulting, plus leadership experience
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems including FA, consolidation, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency, statutory reporting
• Deep understanding of finance process integration with procurement, sales, treasury, planning, controlling
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs balancing global standards and local compliance
• Ability to lead solution design, requirements analysis, system configuration oversight, testing, and stakeholder communication
• Fluent English with excellent communication to influence senior leaders in international settings

Responsibilities

• Defining and overseeing the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance across international operations
• Leading design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability and compliance
• Driving continuous improvement via automation, digital innovation, data-driven decisions, and standardization

Join a project for a global organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation and take ownership of shaping the future of finance technology solutions across multiple international markets. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the development of a modern finance systems landscape, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment between global standards and regional business needs. The position combines deep expertise in enterprise finance platforms with strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and technology governance responsibilities.

Your tasks

• Defining and overseeing the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance model across international operations
• Leading the design and optimization of core financial processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives through automation, digital innovation, data-driven decision making, and process standardization
• Collaborating with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver integrated end-to-end business solutions
• Managing regional and global transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, deployments, and adoption of new capabilities
• Building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams while coordinating the work of external partners and consulting providers

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology, including previous hands-on experience as a SAP Consultant, and proven success in leadership roles managing teams and strategic initiatives
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems, including financial accounting, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency environments, and statutory reporting
• Solid understanding of finance process integration with procurement, sales, treasury, planning, controlling, and other business functions
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and balancing global standards with local compliance requirements
• Ability to lead solution design, requirements analysis, system configuration oversight, testing activities, and stakeholder communication
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders in an international environment
