Sii Poland is seeking an experienced leader to drive a global finance technology program. You will shape the finance systems landscape, ensure regulatory compliance, and balance global standards with local needs across markets.

You will lead cross-functional teams, guide system design and governance, and mentor talent while coordinating with external partners and consultants.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance technology with SAP consulting and leadership experience.
• Expert in enterprise finance modules: F&A, consolidation, fixed assets, tax, period-end closing.
• Experience with multi-currency environments and statutory reporting.
• Able to lead design, configuration oversight, testing, and stakeholder communication.
• Fluent English; able to influence senior leaders.

Join a project for a global organization undergoing large-scale digital transformation and take ownership of shaping the future of finance technology solutions across multiple international markets. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the development of a modern finance systems landscape, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and alignment between global standards and regional business needs. The position combines deep expertise in enterprise finance platforms with strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and technology governance responsibilities.

Your tasks

• Defining and overseeing the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance model across international operations
• Leading the design and optimization of core financial processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives through automation, digital innovation, data-driven decision making, and process standardization
• Collaborating with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver integrated end-to-end business solutions
• Managing regional and global transformation initiatives, including system enhancements, deployments, and adoption of new capabilities
• Building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams while coordinating the work of external partners and consulting providers

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology, including previous hands-on experience as a SAP Consultant, and proven success in leadership roles managing teams and strategic initiatives
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems, including financial accounting, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency environments, and statutory reporting
• Solid understanding of finance process integration with procurement, sales, treasury, planning, controlling, and other business functions
• Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale transformation programs and balancing global standards with local compliance requirements
• Ability to lead solution design, requirements analysis, system configuration oversight, testing activities, and stakeholder communication
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders in an international environment
