Job summary

Bpxglobal is seeking an experienced Senior SAP E-Invoicing Consultant to join a transformation programme for a global, top-tier FMCG organisation. You will analyse, design and implement e-invoicing requirements within an international SAP environment, liaising with business and senior stakeholders.

Your responsibilities include analysing local e-invoicing and regulatory requirements, translating them into SAP solutions, and coordinating with external platforms, authorities and SAP teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Consultant.
• Senior-level consulting experience in international environments.
• Hands-on experience with e-invoicing in at least one country.
• Good understanding of SAP processes related to invoicing and financial/tax compliance.
• Ability to understand both the business process and technical/integration implications.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Availability to work within European business hours.

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP E-Invoicing Consultant to join a transformation programme for a global, top-tier FMCG organisation.

The role is a good fit for a senior consultant who understands how electronic invoicing and local compliance requirements translate into SAP processes and who is comfortable working directly with business and senior stakeholders.

Experience with e-invoicing in any country is relevant – e.g. KSeF, SDI, Chorus Pro, SII, RO e-Factura or other local e-invoicing / clearance models.

Your role

You will support the client in analysing, designing and implementing e-invoicing requirements within an international SAP environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• analysing local e-invoicing and regulatory requirements,
• translating business and legal requirements into SAP solutions,
• supporting solution design and integration with external e-invoicing platforms / authorities,
• working with SAP functional, integration and technical teams,
• supporting workshops, requirements gathering and solution discussions,
• identifying gaps, dependencies and potential implementation risks,
• supporting testing, deployment and business readiness,
• confidently presenting recommendations and solutions to client stakeholders.

This is a consulting-heavy role with significant exposure to an international client environment, so we are particularly interested in people who can combine strong SAP knowledge with the ability to communicate, advise and influence stakeholders.
