Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking an SAP Controlling Specialist to design, build, and support planning models and reporting within S/4HANA Margin Analysis and SAC. The role connects CO processes with SAC analytics for real‑time insights across cost centres, internal orders, projects, and profitability analysis.

The candidate should have deep SAC modelling expertise and strong SAP CO knowledge, plus the ability to translate complex reporting needs into user‑friendly SAC solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management or related field.
• 6–8 years hands‑on configuration and support in CO-PC, CO-MA, CO-OM, CO-CCA; 4–6 years in CO modules.
• 3–5 years designing, implementing SAC data models, stories, embedded analytics for financial reporting.
• End‑to‑end A2R experience, integrating Controlling with SAC analytics delivery.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 functional support for SAP S/4HANA Product Costing and SAC analytics.
• Deliver L3 support for Margin Analysis and Overhead Management implementations.
• Resolve issues in cost rollups, price differences, and data refresh logic.
• Support month/quarter/year-end close for costing and reporting.
• Lead RCA for recurring issues in CO and SAC.
• Design/configure changes and Testing/ UAT support.
• Ensure compliance with ESPHORA Template and internal controls.
