AIDA Recruitment seeks a Lead/Senior SAP BW Engineer with 12+ years of SAP engineering experience, expert in SAP ECC, BW, and Data Services, to lead complex end-to-end data migrations to AWS S3 and Databricks.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design robust extractors and migration workflows while guiding technical decisions in Agile environments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP engineering experience including SAP ECC and SAP BW data migration.
• Strong expertise in SAP ECC/BW data models and standard & custom SAP extractors.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services (BODS), including workflow design, delta processing, and error handling.
• Experience migrating data to AWS S3 and Databricks.
• Ability to validate data quality and reconcile full and delta loads.
• Leadership experience with mentoring engineers and guiding technical decisions.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile teams.

The ideal candidate has led complex end-to-end data migration projects to AWS S3/Databricks, is highly skilled in designing SAP extractors and migration workflows, and can provide technical leadership while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Team DescriptionWe're looking for a Senior SAP BW Engineer to lead hands-on data migration work from SAP ECC and SAP BW into AWS S3 / Databricks. You'll set the technical direction for extraction and data services work, work closely with Databricks Engineers, and help guide less experienced engineers on the team.
