Job summary

OBI Smart Technologies in Katowice is seeking a Salesforce Developer to translate business processes into scalable Salesforce solutions. You will implement Salesforce functionality hands-on, including configuration, custom development, automation, data models, and integrations.

You will act as a key technical interface between business stakeholders and Salesforce engineering teams, drive best practices, and collaborate with other development teams in a hybrid work model with occasional visits to

Qualifications

• University studies completed in computer science or a comparable field.
• Experience working as a Salesforce Developer in a complex business or enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce functionality, including configuration, custom development, automation, data models, and integrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions and lead technical discussions.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Openness to work in a hybrid model and visit the Katowice office regularly.

Responsibilities

• Translate business processes and requirements into clear, functional Salesforce solutions.
• Design and implement Salesforce functionality hands-on, including custom development, automation, data models, and integrations.
• Act as a key technical interface between business stakeholders, Salesforce engineering teams, and non-Salesforce development teams.
• Contribute to integration design and alignment with APIs, middleware, and data platforms.
• Ensure consistency and synergy across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud).
• Lead technical solution design, support backlog refinement, and communicate progress and dependencies transparently.
• Drive best practices, architectural consistency, and continuous improvement across the Salesforce landscape.
