Job summary

A leading technology company is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer in Poland. You will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce MediaCloud solutions, focusing on industry-specific components and integrations. This role requires over 8 years of Salesforce experience and strong knowledge of Vlocity functionalities. The ideal candidate will lead troubleshooting efforts and ensure CI/CD excellence with tools like Copado, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver innovative features. Hourly rate ranges from 190 to 200 zł.

Senior Salesforce Developer

Experienced and solution-oriented professional with hands-on experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-quality Salesforce MediaCloud solutions. You’ll play a key role in building industry-specific components, integrating complex systems, and ensuring DevOps excellence using Copado or similar tools.

190 zł - 200 zł an hour

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Omniscripts.
• Translate complex business and industry-specific requirements into scalable, performant technical designs.
• Build and maintain custom applications, integrations, and automations.
• Utilize Copado for CI/CD, version control, release management, and automated deployments.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, user-centric features.
• Lead troubleshooting, debugging, and support for live Salesforce environments.
• Stay current on Salesforce and Vlocity platform releases, features, and best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including at least 1+ year working with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Deep knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce platform architecture.
• Be familiar with coding design patterns.
• Proven experience implementing Vlocity components such as DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Omniscripts, and FlexCards.
• Proficiency with Copado or similar DevOps tools for deployment and release management.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required;
• Platform Developer II, Vlocity Certifications, and/or Copado Certification are strong pluses.
• Strong communication, analytical, and collaboration skills.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and middleware tools.
