Qualifications

• 4+ lat doświadczenia w programowaniu obiektowym.
• 3+ lat doświadczenia z APEX i/lub LWC.
• Doświadczenie w przynajmniej dwóch dużych projektach implementacji Salesforce.

We are looking for:

Senior Salesforce Developer

Your future role:

1. Deliver high-quality system logic in an agile manner, balancing configuration and coding according to development principles,
2. Collaborate with team members on various projects to develop optimal solutions both process-wise and technically,
3. Analyze business requirements, map them to Salesforce capabilities, and design technical solutions,
4. Support less experienced colleagues on the project,
5. Present designed and implemented solutions to customers,
6. Address and resolve technical challenges across projects,
7. Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.

Apply if you have:

• 4+ years of experience with object-oriented programming,
• 3+ years of experience with APEX and/or LWC,
• Experience in at least two large Salesforce implementation projects (15+ people) or a significant role in multiple mid-sized projects (7+ people),
• Basic Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I),
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform including Sharing & Security Model, data model, built-in functionalities supporting Sales and Service processes, platform performance, and limitations,
• Experience designing solutions aligned with best practices (configuration vs. coding, MVC, design patterns, coding standards) and creating technical documentation (including UML),
• Experience with integration technologies: SOA, Web Services, REST, SOAP, WSDL, XML, JSON, Streaming API,
• Strong SQL/SOQL and relational database knowledge,
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and maintainability,
• An open mind seeking innovative solutions,
• Advanced written and spoken English and Polish skills.

• Ability to manage a small project team, overseeing task composition, progress, and quality (Lead Developer or TL role),
