Qualifications

• Minimum de 4 ans d'expérience en tant que consultant Salesforce.
• Compétences dans Sales Cloud, Service Cloud et Experience Cloud requises.
• Maîtrise de la langue anglaise et du polonais.

Job description

Join Sii's Salesforce Competency Center team as a Senior Salesforce Consultant! If you have a strong subject matter and systems background, can build value in customer and team relationships, combine technical knowledge with communication skills, and are comfortable in both project and presales environments - make yourself known!

Your tasks

• Business needs analysis and solution design based on the Salesforce platform
• Configuration, optimization and development of Salesforce instances
• Conducting meetings with customers, creating solution concepts, preparing and presenting demos
• Participating in presales activities - supporting the sales team, preparing presentations and participating in bid meetings
• Preparing and conducting trainings for end users and internal teams
• Creating project documentation and supporting the implementation team in the implementation of solutions
• Cooperation with developers, analysts and Project Managers at every stage of the project
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an independent Salesforce consultant role and hands-on experience in conducting analysis, meetings, presentations and training sessions
• Proficiency in at least two of the areas: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Ability to combine system knowledge with an understanding of business processes and customer needs
• Experience in creating quotes and technical assumptions for implementation and development projects
• Proactive approach to identifying problems and gaps in implementations and implementing effective solutions
• High communication culture and willingness to work in a diverse project environment (clients, team, partners)
• Self-reliance, initiative, willingness to share knowledge and English language skills to communicate freely
• Fluency in Polish language required
• Residency in Poland required

• Experience working withCSS SASS/SCSS/LESS, MySQL, MS SQL, AWS RedShift
• Knowledge of MVC frameworks, Microservice Architecture, AWS
