N-able Technologies Ltd. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build a new Rust-based cross-platform agent spanning Windows, Linux, and macOS.

You will contribute to core platform capabilities, collaborate with senior engineers, and steer technical decisions to elevate software quality. What You'll Do

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience developing software in Rust, C++, or other systems programming languages, with an interest in building production-grade system-level software.
• Experience working across one or more operating systems, including Windows, Linux, or macOS.
• Understanding of operating system concepts, networking, file systems, and process-level behavior.
• Experience integrating or working with multi-language codebases, including Rust and C/C++.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex technical challenges.
• Experience with modern development practices, including testing, automation, CI pipelines, and build systems such as Cargo and CMake.
• A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn from and support others.
• Passion for building high-quality software and continuously improving engineering practices.
