Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced software developer to migrate legacy C/C++ libraries to memory-safe Rust. You will build secure C++ shims and Rust FFI wrappers, lead large-scale migrations, and coordinate across multiple teams to ensure smooth integration and release readiness.

The role emphasizes deep memory-safety expertise, reliable debugging, and effective communication with stakeholders in English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Rust and C++.
• Deep expertise in unsafe code, FFI boundaries, and memory-safe migrations.
• Solid understanding of memory safety, pointer stability, and cross-language interoperability.
• Experience with Bazel/Blaze and dependency management.
• Strong debugging skills across memory, testing, and platform-specific build issues.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and justify security-driven changes.
• Advanced level of English.
