Job summary

LSEG seeks a senior developer to maintain and enhance the Margin Liability and Investment Risk frameworks within the RepoClear SA. Based in Poland, you will design and deliver backend risk IT software, implement pricing and risk models, and drive performance improvements across products.

The role requires 7+ years in software development, strong Java/Spring/REST skills, and experience with cloud deployments (AWS) in a risk/financial context. Competitive base salary plus annual bonus plan.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in software development.
Experience developing and deploying applications in a cloud environment (AWS).
Strong programming skills: Java 21, Spring, REST.
Experience in risk or a quantitative role.
Experience delivering IT solutions from design to production.

Responsibilities

Design and development of the backend engine for Risk IT and clearing.
Full cycle testing from theoretical model to production.
Implementation of Market Data and Risk related projects.
Gathering of business requirements and agreeing between IT, App Support teams, businesses and Exchanges.
Analysis and implementation of performance improvements to risk models.
