Job summary

Jobtailor in Kraków, Poland, is hiring a Revenue Accountant to manage the full revenue accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance. You will oversee billing, revenue recognition for client and vendor arrangements, and interpret contracts to set billing structures.

The role supports month-end close, variance analysis, and audits, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and operations to strengthen controls and deliver scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in revenue accounting, billing, or commercial finance in complex or multinational environments.
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and contract interpretation (customer and vendor).
• Experience managing end-to-end billing and revenue processes with high accuracy.
• Strong reconciliation and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Experience supporting month-end close, reporting, and variance analysis.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and strengthen internal controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across Finance, Sales, Legal, and operations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with ERP and revenue/billing systems.
• Proactive, solutions-focused attitude with a continuous improvement approach.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supporting audits and compliance activities is advantageous.
