Job summary

ECCO in Warsaw is seeking a skilled Senior Retail Accountant to join the Global Business Services finance team. You will ensure accurate reconciliation and reporting of sales, COGS, and stock, acting as a liaison between stores and finance/logistics, supporting audits and month-end closings.

As a senior team member you will coordinate daily activities, drive process improvements, share knowledge, and serve as a point of contact for colleagues.

Qualifications

• 3+ years accounting experience in an international company or SSC.
• Retail accounting experience is a plus.
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Excel supports performance.

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile Sales and COGS.
• Reconcile cash and cards.
• Cooperate with stores during stock takes.
• Be the contact point for stores on financial/logistic processes.
• Support audits and monthly/annual closes.
• Prepare reports to support business needs monthly/weekly.
