Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Global Clinical Trial Manager II or Senior for a home-based role in Poland. You will oversee Phase 1–4 trials, coordinating with investigators, sites, and sponsor teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and data integrity.

The role involves risk assessment, monitoring strategy, and use of CTMS/EDC tools to drive study delivery. You will lead a multinational team, escalate issues, and partner with Study Start Up, Recruitment, and Data Management to meet enrollment targets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in achieving project milestones.
• Demonstrated capability of working in an international environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in site management and monitoring (clinical or central).
• Preferred experience with risk-based monitoring.
• Demonstrates understanding of clinical trial management financial principles and budget management.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills.
• Strong conflict resolution skills.
• Demonstrated ability to apply problem solving techniques to resolve complex issues and apply a risk management approach to identifying and mitigating potential threats to the successful conduct of a clinical research project.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, coordination, and implementation of clinical trials from Phase 1 to 4.
• Coordinate with PIs, clients, investigators, and site staff; track progress against milestones and budgets.
• Manage site interactions, recruitment, and data integrity; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor risks and develop mitigations; escalate as needed to project leadership.
• Ensure CTMS, dashboards and data systems are used effectively for oversight.
• Provide training to study teams on protocol specificity, CRF completion, timelines, and SOPs.
• Allocate resources for CRAs and Central Monitors; monitor team performance and quality.
• Interact with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver milestones and interpret plan changes.
