Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland in Warsaw seeks a risk reporting professional to join the DART, Legal Entity Stress Testing Reporting & Analytics team. You will own end-to-end regulatory and management reporting cycles and deliver data-driven insights across risk areas.

You will manipulate data with Python, create dashboards in Tableau/Power BI, and ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards. Hybrid work up to 2 days remote; competitive base salary and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven background in risk, finance, regulatory reporting, or stress testing within financial services.
• Understanding of reporting governance and MCA processes.
• Ability to process large datasets.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI.
• Experience with data processing and visualization tools for clear reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end regulatory and management reporting cycles, ensuring timely, accurate outputs.
• Support reporting governance framework and MCA processes.
• Ensure compliance with current legal and regulatory requirements in reporting.
• Deliver data-driven analytics of risk portfolios using interactive dashboards.
• Participate in Stress Tests and ICAAPs across EMEA, APAC, LATAM.
• Assist technology initiatives to enhance reporting and stress testing capabilities.
• Document processes and write business/technical requirements for improvements.
